Each stigma is hand-separated from the Crocus sativus flower within 24 hours of blooming — the only window that preserves full colour, aroma, and potency. Dried at low temperature to retain crocin, picrocrocin, and safranal — the three compounds that define saffron quality.

How to Test Purity at Home
Place 3–4 threads in warm water. Real saffron turns water golden-yellow slowly (10–15 min) and the threads stay red. Fake saffron turns water red instantly and the threads lose colour.
